About the role

As Grüns expands, we're hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative for every one of those markets. This is a builder's role: you'll set the strategy, concept the campaigns, and ship the assets that make Grüns feel local everywhere we launch. You'll partner closely with our Chief International Officer and global creative team, own the full creative lifecycle from brief to performance iteration, and lay the foundation for what becomes our international creative team.

Location:

While this role is part of our global remote HQ, we feel a candidate based in or around the UK or Europe will be most successful in this role.

More generally, we operate in a fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones. While we work async by default, we come together in person twice a year for offsites that help us connect, align, and build real relationships IRL.

In this role, you will:

Generate fresh creative concepts, briefs, and scripts on a weekly cadence for international paid media testing
Localize US creative fast and ship international-ready assets, building a repeatable pipeline (not a strategy-only seat)
Turn raw creator footage into high-performing UGC video ads at volume, with strong hooks and pacing
Run a data-driven testing framework across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap, and iterate based on CTR, CVR, and nCAC
Develop market-specific creative concepts, not just translations, that stay culturally relevant and still feel like Grüns
Build an EFSA and GDPR-safe claim library and workflow so compliance never kills the creative
Support localized web and landing page creative for launches until we bring on a dedicated ecommerce designer
Set the foundation for an international creative team, including recommendations on when and where to add your first hire
We're looking for someone who:
Has 4-7+ years spanning creative strategy, performance design, and paid media, ideally at a DTC, subscription, or consumer brand
Has actually localized and shipped performance creative across multiple countries and languages, not just translated it
Can point to real performance results, concepts they built that moved CTR, CVR, or nCAC, with the data to back it up
Has strong hands-on video editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects) and can produce multiple variants quickly
Is fluent in Figma and can build modular, multi-language templates
Uses AI tools as a core part of their workflow, not an afterthought
Has experience working in a regulated category or with claim restrictions (nice to have, not required)

Approach to the role:

Balances creative instinct with data. You chase what the numbers say works, not just what looks good Builds systems, not one-off assets. You think in repeatable pipelines Moves fast without cutting corners on compliance or brand tone Communicates proactively across time zones and doesn't wait to be asked Adapts to cultural nuance without losing the Grüns tone

Compensation & Benefits:

At Grüns , we are committed to offering a competitive total compensation package grounded in market data and aligned to our size, stage, industry, and geographic location. Compensation for this role will be benchmarked to the local market and may vary based on experience and country of hire. In addition to base compensation roles include a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.

A bit about us...

At Grüns , we believe that foundational nutrition should be simple and convenient for everyone. We're dedicated to bringing comprehensive and real nutrition to you through our gummies, formulated from 60 nutrient-dense and whole-food ingredients. Simply enjoy a grab-and-go snack pack of gummies daily whenever fits best in your schedule and wherever life takes you.

Like you, we were disappointed. There’s an infinite number of “nutrition” companies, all focused on what’s best for them — not what’s best for you. Hundreds of products to sell you on, low-quality ingredients, and small nutrient doses. We’ve seen it all.

So we decided it was time to fix it. No more choking on and popping pills like a pharmacy. No more clean-up and disgust from gross powders. And no more cobbling together handfuls to dozens of supplements. Grüns is comprehensive nutrition, made convenient and delicious.

What we care about...

Be the Best: We hold ourselves, our teams, and our partners to an incredibly high standard - and we raise the bar constantly. "We've never done this before" isn't an excuse here. It's an invitation.

Own It: We act like our name is on the door. That means taking complete ownership of outcomes, collaborating deeply, working through roadblocks - not around them - and never waiting for someone else to solve the problem. Great owners are great partners.

Drive Impact, Urgently: We measure impact, not effort. We work smart and hard, move fast, and use every tool at our disposal - including AI - to focus our energy where it matters most.

Compensation & Perks:

For every role, we aim to have highly competitive compensation and opportunity for impact and career growth.

Everyone at Grüns works hard, but we believe in wellness and balance too. We have super strong benefits coverage -- for you and your family, generous PTO, free Grüns , and a few more perks centered around health and well-being that we can't wait to tell you about!
