In this role, you will act as a key technical and financial partner to our Enterprise and Strategic customers, guiding them through complex accounting workflows, owner statements, and critical end-of-month financial processes.
Beyond enterprise support, you will drive proactive product adoption, ensuring clients achieve the financial optimization necessary for long-term retention and expansion. You will work in close strategic partnership with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to analyze client workflows, identify adoption gaps, and safeguard account health.
Internally, you will serve as the definitive "Voice of the Customer" to our Product and Engineering teams—advocating for enterprise financial needs to shape our product roadmap.
