As the Head of Market Surveillance & Integrity you will design and lead the market-surveillance and integrity function. Your mandate is to detect, investigate and prevent abusive or manipulative behaviour while creating controls that are explainable, proportionate and ready to scale.

What you will own

• Build the end-to-end surveillance framework, including alerts, case management, investigations and reporting.
• Define detection scenarios for manipulation, collusion, wash activity, spoofing, self-trading and insider-information risk.
