Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive / High-Ticket Sales Closer with a proven ability to turn qualified opportunities into closed-won deals.

This is a remote sales role for a confident, commercially minded salesperson who is comfortable owning the closing process, conducting discovery and product presentations, handling objections, negotiating, and confidently asking for the sale.

You should have 3+ years of professional sales experience, including hands-on experience closing high-ticket deals. Previous experience selling within technology, SaaS, or a related B2B industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Own qualified sales opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.
Conduct high-quality discovery calls to uncover prospects’ needs, challenges, budgets, and buying motivations.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations, demos, and closing calls.
Build value and effectively communicate ROI to prospective customers.
Confidently handle objections around pricing, timing, competitors, and decision-making.
Manage follow-ups and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate commercial terms and consistently work toward closing revenue.
Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and customer information within the CRM.
Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and other internal stakeholders.
Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Requirements

3+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in an Account Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development, or Closing role.
Proven high-ticket sales and closing experience is essential.
Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent spoken and written English with strong client-facing communication skills.
Comfortable selling through video calls, phone calls, email, and other remote channels.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM platforms.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate value rather than relying on price.
Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working toward ambitious revenue targets.
Experience within Tech, SaaS, software, or other B2B technology industries is preferred.
