Key Responsibilities

Pre-Tour Care Touches: Reach out via personalized message or phone call within 24 hours of a booked tour to confirm details, share community benefits, and verify automated reminder sequences.

Promise-Based Follow-Up: Log all scheduled follow-ups into the CRM and reach out precisely on the promised date/time via text, DM, or call.

Post-Tour Nurture (24–72 Hours): Send post-tour recap messages, answer routine questions, escalate complex inquiries to local agents, and prompt completion of pending applications.

Sales Admin & CRM Hygiene: Update prospect pipeline statuses ( Tour Scheduled, Showed, No-Show, Applied, Signed ) and maintain clean notes and clear next actions for every lead.

Success Metrics & Outcomes

100% compliance on pre-tour care touches and automated reminder setups.
100% compliance on post-tour follow-up sequences within 24–72 hours.
Consistent month-over-month increase in tour show rates across assigned locations.
Direct contribution to monthly signed leases through completed nurture sequences.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 1+ years in appointment setting, sales administration, or high-touch customer support.
Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English with a warm, empathetic tone.
Organization: Extremely detail-oriented, process-driven, and reliable with time management and CRM task tracking.
Work Style: Thrives as the behind-the-scenes coordinator who ensures every customer experience feels polished and personal.

Compensation & Perks

Base Pay: $650 – $800 USD/month (based on experience).
Monthly Performance Bonus: $50 – $100 bonus awarded for achieving 95%+ on-time follow-ups and beating the previous month's baseline tour show rate.
