HR Manager

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, freelance relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing and selection, onboarding and integration of new hires
