Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of CSR Partnerships to lead and own the end-to-end partnership pipeline with key corporate and non-governmental stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving impactful, sustainable collaborations that align with our organization’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will manage senior-level relationships at the CSR Director level, lead MoU negotiations, and ensure high-impact outcomes across strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to Irfan, this position requires a proven track record in corporate CSR or large-scale NGO partnerships at premier institutions such as CII, NASSCOM, Tata Foundation, or Infosys Foundation. The Head of CSR Partnerships will play a critical role in shaping our social impact strategy, expanding our network of strategic allies, and amplifying our collective community impact.
