- This job posting is for our subsidiary in Benelux (Remote Position).
- Prepare and process quotations, order confirmations, tender and service documents, and customer and service orders
- Organize the Sales and Service back office and act as the central point of contact for Sales and Service
- Maintain customer, installed-base and service contract data, including warranty status, in the CRM system
- Support scheduling and planning for Sales and Field Service, including customer visits, installations, maintenance and calibrations
- Handle sales and service correspondence and ensure completed orders and service reports are forwarded to Finance for invoicing
