Drive execution, governance, and accountability: Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, facilitate working sessions and project meetings, identify next steps, manage risks and issues, resolve blockers, and keep teams moving toward outcomes. Independently address issues where appropriate and escalate material risks or decisions to the Director, Marketing PMO with clear context, options, and recommendations.
Partner across the organization: Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Communications, Operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive accountability without direct authority. Work closely with other PMs to create consistency and share effective practices across the team.
Strengthen PMO processes and methodology: Help develop and mature project management methodology, governance, templates, documentation, and standards. Identify gaps and inefficiencies, implement practical improvements, and use lessons learned to continuously improve how projects are planned and delivered.
