International Insurance Group is seeking a disciplined, strategic, and technically sophisticated leader to oversee, align, and elevate our Trucking Division (Strategic Business Unit). Our client base is predominantly comprised of non-fleets.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall leadership, budget and growth of this Division, which consists of approximately 50 staff and $45mill in annualized premium. A core component of this role for the first 24 months is the structured training and development of new Trucking Sales Agents to ensure disciplined, profitable, and technically sound growth.
