Role Overview As a UX Research Manager, you will bring independent ownership to our project lifecycles, translating business problems into effective research designs. Working closely with the Singapore UX Lead , and in partnership with other members of the team and internal account leaders, you will work collaboratively to support strategic client engagements, ensuring a tight balance between agile execution and rigorous delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Independent Project Ownership: Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-market mixed-methods studies, ensuring a seamless blend of deep qualitative insights and robust quantitative validation .
Supporting Key Engagements: Work closely with the Singapore UX Lead and the broader account team to support major global and regional tech clients. You will assist in translating ambiguous product dilemmas into actionable research roadmaps and support the team through major milestone deliveries.
