Job Description:

Job Duck is seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to manage a high volume of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. In this role, you will guide clients through the case process, handle initial calls, coordinate case activity, support negotiations, and help prepare demands and settlements. You will make a meaningful daily impact by keeping cases organized, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring that important follow ups are completed promptly. This opportunity is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities independently while providing reliable and compassionate client support. The right candidate will have direct personal injury case management experience, strong English communication skills, and an interest in building a long term career with a collaborative legal team.
