At Kainos , we’re problem solvers, innovators, and collaborators — driven by a shared mission to create real impact. We partner with organisations globally to transform how they work, using technology to deliver meaningful change at scale.

As a Sana Consultant , you will play a key role in shaping and delivering AI‑enabled learning and knowledge solutions that help organisations unlock the full potential of their people. Working closely with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will design and implement solutions that enhance how organisations access knowledge, automate processes, and continuously learn.

This is a highly collaborative and impactful role where you will directly influence how organisations adopt AI-powered ways of working and drive measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and design AI-driven learning solutions that meet their needs
Support the end-to-end delivery of Sana engagements , from initial discovery through to implementation and adoption
Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, deploy and optimise solutions that deliver tangible value
Support clients in driving adoption and change , ensuring long-term success and impact
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery approaches, helping shape how Kainos scales AI-enabled learning solutions
Identify opportunities to extend client value and support the growth of long-term customer relationships

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience working with Sana (essential) , including implementation, configuration or customer delivery
Experience working with Workday (desirable) , ideally within a consulting, delivery or customer-facing role
A naturally curious mindset , with a passion for learning and emerging technologies, particularly AI
Strong problem-solving skills , with the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to build trust at all levels
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams
A focus on delivering high-quality outcomes , balancing client needs and commercial considerations
An adaptable and resilient attitude , comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
A genuine motivation to make a meaningful impact and help organisations transform how they learn and work
Embracing our differences

At Kainos , we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion. We are committed to building a team that is as diverse as the world we live in, where everyone is valued, respected, and given an equal chance to thrive. We actively seek out talented people from all backgrounds, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic that makes them who they are. We also believe every candidate deserves a level playing field.

Our friendly talent acquisition team is here to support you every step of the way, so if you require any accommodations or adjustments, we encourage you to reach out.

We understand that everyone's journey is different, and by having a private conversation we can ensure that our recruitment process is tailored to your needs.
