What Does a Trial Class Manager (TCM) Do? 🎧
A Trial Class Manager (TCM) is responsible for delivering the very first online trial lesson and guiding families through their initial decision about learning with Kodland .
During each trial session, you will:
Meet the child and at least one parent via Zoom.
Build rapport and ask targeted questions to understand the child’s background, interests, goals, and prior experience .
Lead a short hands-on activity (simple coding, game logic, or digital task) using our prepared materials.
Recommend the most suitable program and learning format , based on the child’s needs and engagement during the trial.
