Content Creator and Operations Manager

Responsible for the off-site platform operation of creators of HoYoverse in North America, maintain and expand overseas creator resources, coordinate with the team to formulate and plan platform activities, ensure creator activity rate, and be responsible for production indicators

Develop educational tools for content creators to help them understand the production’s direction, collaborate with team members to improve the quality of content creation.
