Deal Desk / Sales Operations Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of order management within the Sales Operations group and will have a diverse set of responsibilities. The Deals Desk Team plays a critical role in collaboration between Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product, and is a vital cog in the quote to cash cycle.

You will support our sales professionals and others through the design, implementation, and operational execution of end-to-end processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

Process and validate orders for subscription, services and training products, ensuring accurate and “clean” bookings across Salesforce, DealHub and Ironclad, and resolving any processing issues with Sales and customers.
