About the Role
Modern’s mission is to partner with the world’s leading organizations to reimagine and implement a modern approach to leadership and talent. Our unique ability to integrate who runs the organization (people and talent) with how it operates (structure, operating model, and roles)—while aligning both to the future leadership needed to drive change—delivers outsized value for our clients.
Our Leadership Advisory Services team, consisting of executive assessment, coaching, and leadership development consulting, is critical to our integrated value proposition. The clarity and relevance of our assessment insights, combined with our high-touch, developmental approach, ensure we de-risk hiring decisions and accelerate the impact of leaders and leadership teams.
