Job Summary
The Corporate Development Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of merger and acquisition transactions and will actively contribute in advancing Molina Healthcare ’s overall growth strategy. This includes strategically identifying, sourcing, evaluating, and executing Molina Healthcare ’s inorganic growth initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. The role will collaborate closely with Molina Healthcare ’s M&A and operational leadership to evaluate and execute meaningful growth initiatives.
