We have an opportunity for a governance professional to join Mourant , providing high quality in house company secretarial and governance support. Acting as a trusted adviser to directors and senior management, you'll help ensure robust governance, effective decision making and statutory compliance.

This role offers the chance to shape a developing global governance function within a growing and forward looking business. You will work at the centre of decision making, with exposure to a wide range of strategic and operational activity.
