Responsibilities

Identify the correct parts required for appliance repairs
Research and source accurate part numbers based on appliance and repair information
Locate parts through appropriate vendors and suppliers
Place and manage daily parts orders using purchase order (PO) numbers
Verify part numbers, availability, pricing, and order details before purchasing
Track orders and maintain accurate parts and purchasing records
Communicate with vendors and internal team members
Maintain organized records in systems and databases

Requirements

Previous professional experience working with parts
Strong knowledge of parts identification, sourcing, and ordering processes
Experience researching and sourcing part numbers
Experience creating and managing purchase orders (POs)
Comfortable working with vendors, supplier websites, and parts ordering systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure ordering accuracy
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Highly Preferred

Experience working with a U.S. based appliance repair or home services company
