Patient Eligibility Specialist - COTA or PTA - Central or Mountain Time Zones

The Patient Eligibility Specialist is responsible for performing the initial screening process, managing the daily patient queue, and documenting interactions with potential candidates. The focus of this role will be performing daily screenings of the candidates in the Myomo Doxy waiting room, which will include administrative and clinical functions.

Core aspects of the role involve learning the necessary skills and knowledge pertaining to our device, as well as inclusion/exclusion criteria to provide potential MyoPro candidates to the pipeline.

We aim to provide high-quality and safe orthotic care to patients through our product line. The Patient Eligibility Specialist will report to the Patient Eligibility Manager but may work in collaboration with Myomo’s cross functional team members and other clinical professionals.
