Our client is seeking a skilled Account Manager with experience managing B2B SaaS accounts in the U.S. market to join their growing team. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, identifying account growth opportunities, and supporting the overall customer experience. Your work will directly impact customer retention, account growth, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with U.S.-based B2B software companies with 50–500 employees.
Manage existing customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for customer needs and requests.
Conduct discovery and account review calls to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to existing customer requirements and expansion opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and support account expansion while managing customer relationships independently.
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and account management using Salesforce and other sales technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams while leveraging tools such as Outreach, Gong, LeadIQ, Claude, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack to maximize productivity.

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years of experience closing B2B software deals into the U.S. market while consistently carrying and achieving quota.

Proven success managing and growing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships in a high-volume SaaS environment.

Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.

Availability to work full U.S. Eastern Time business hours and maintain a reliable home office with high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.

Strong resilience, coachability, and the ability to adapt quickly in a performance-driven sales environment.

Experience working with Claude, including code and project workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to Sales, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders.
Background in high-velocity SaaS sales with short sales cycles and high deal volume.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or LeadIQ.
Familiarity with modern GTM technology stacks and AI-assisted prospecting.
