Business Consultant - Council Tax / Business Rates Specialist

We're looking for a Business Consultant who knows NEC Revenues and can confidently share that knowledge with others.

As a Business Consultant, you'll deliver Council Tax / Business Rates consultancy and training to local authorities across the UK, helping customers through major Revenues & Benefits migrations, annual billing activities, software implementations and service improvement initiatives. Working as part of a forward-thinking consultancy team, you'll combine your product knowledge, practical experience and communication skills to help customers get the best possible value from their NEC solution.

At the heart of the role is helping local authority users succeed. You'll work closely with customers, understand the challenges they face and use your experience to help them get the most from NEC Revenues & Benefits. While our products continue to evolve, including the introduction of AI-driven capabilities, strong customer relationships remain essential.
