About NewRocket
NewRocket is the AI-first Elite ServiceNow Partner that activates real value on the Now Platform. We are a global team of ServiceNow professionals who help enterprises run and grow their ServiceNow environments, with more than 4,000 successful projects delivered across the entire platform.
We were named ServiceNow's 2024 Worldwide Customer Workflow Partner of the Year and Creator Workflow Partner of the Year. Today our AI practice ships real work: FlightPath.AI takes customers from AI readiness to a working prototype in four weeks, and our Intelligent Agent Crew is a catalog of pre-built AI agents for high-impact enterprise workflows.
At NewRocket , people are not just the backbone; they're the heartbeat.
The Role
We are hiring a ServiceNow Moveworks Developer & Architect to lead the design, build, and rollout of the Moveworks AI Assistant for our enterprise customers, integrated end to end with the ServiceNow AI Platform.
ServiceNow completed its acquisition of Moveworks in December 2025, combining Moveworks' AI Assistant, enterprise search, and Reasoning Engine with ServiceNow's agentic AI and workflows. The result is an AI-native front door that turns employee conversations into completed work. Our customers are now asking how to deploy it, extend it, and govern it, and you will be the person who answers.
This is a hands-on architect role. You will own the solution design, build agents and plugins yourself in Agent Studio, and guide clients and delivery teams from discovery through production. You will work alongside NewRocket 's AI practice, forward deployed engineering squads, and FlightPath.AI teams.

Define integration architecture across ServiceNow, identity platforms (Okta, Entra ID), HRIS (Workday), collaboration channels (Teams, Slack), and other SaaS tools using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
Set standards for plugin design, authentication, access control, launch rules, testing, and observability so agents run reliably at scale.
Lead design sessions and architecture reviews with client IT, security, and platform teams.
Build Configure, build, test, and optimize Moveworks Agent Studio agents and plugins (Agentic Automation Engine, HTTP actions, conversational processes, compound actions).
Build the ServiceNow side: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub spokes, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, and catalog and knowledge configuration that agents call into.
Tune enterprise search and knowledge retrieval (RAG) for answer quality, and use logs and analytics to troubleshoot plugin triggering and execution.
Promote solutions across environments and remediate production issues within scope.
Lead Own Moveworks workstreams from discovery and design through build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery approach.
Coach and mentor Senior Software Engineers and Software Engineers on agentic AI patterns.
Contribute reusable accelerators, plugin templates, and leading practices to NewRocket 's AI practice, FlightPath.AI engagements, and the Intelligent Agent Crew catalog.
