Estimator & Project Manager

To ensure success by planning and organizing high-quality, on-time, on-budget projects without undue strain on the organization or the team. Responsible for full-scope estimating to ensure the profitability and success of

each project and to meet and exceed company standards and client expectations predictably.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full project estimates by gathering and analyzing data to compute and forecast the money, materials, labor, and time required to profitably and successfully complete projects.
• Fully understand the scope and specification of each component within a project so that it can be appropriately sourced and evaluated for fit, form, function, quality, and cost.
