The ideal candidate will assist with lead generation, client communication, administrative tasks, and social media management, helping to ensure smooth operations and strong engagement with clients, realtors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation and manage lead contact information, including adding and organizing contacts in CRM systems.
• Manage calendar and scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to realtors for business partnerships and recruitment of new loan officers.
