The Systems Administrator II is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing Summit Funding’s technology infrastructure. The role also provides backfill support for Tier I, and Tier III support for escalated end-user issues and contributes to ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (e.g.: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
- Manage Azure resources including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity governance.
