The Role
A ServiceNow Architect is responsible for providing high-level design and specifications for ServiceNow implementations. They lead development and implementation of ServiceNow applications in the area of ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM and other areas. They should have knowledge and experience of defining application and data architecture roadmaps for significant business / functional scopes. They oversee projects from an architecture design perspective through implementation. They provide leadership and advocacy, as well as providing hands-on support as needed and assisting in troubleshooting/problem-solving. They can help establish an enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategy setting the foundation for lasting success
