Responsive and accessible design: Ensure the platform works reliably across browsers and devices, with attention to accessibility for clinical users Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Clinical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver polished features

Requirements

What sets you up for success

AI-native workflow: You use AI tools daily as your default way of working and you write better code faster because of it. And you are able to build your own AI-based solutions.

Fullstack experience: 4+ years of professional fullstack web development Modern stack fluency: Strong experience with our stack (, TypeScript, Tailwind, ) is expected. Knowledge of Firebase and/or Postgres is a strong plus.

End-to-end delivery : Proven track-record of owning features from concept to deployment across frontend, backend, and data layers.

Systems awareness: You understand performance, data modeling, maintainability, and long-term architecture trade-offs.

Bonus: Experience with CI/CD, healthcare/medtech and/or AI-powered interfaces Beyond your CV Product-minded: You think beyond the ticket and understand why a feature matters for the therapist and the patient Quality-focused: You care about clean code, smooth interactions, and reliable, scaling systems.

Pragmatic: You ship incrementally and iterate, balancing speed with craft Collaborative: You enjoy working with designers, product managers, and domain experts to build the right thing Scout mindset: You take initiative and leave every system better than you found it. The Process

Intro call (~30 mins): Background, expectations, and an overview of nyra health and the role.
Technical interview: A practical session with your future colleagues involving a take-home challenge for you to demonstrate your coding and architecture skills.
