You will work with the business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define the functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area.
In this position you will provide full life-cycle support, as well as creating system documentation, including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation.
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Works with the business stake holders and delivery managers to understand business requirements in detail.
- Serves as primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects
- Leads the transitioning requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensures a clear and complete understanding of the requirements are passed on.
