Are you the type of person who doesn't take "No" for an answer? Do you thrive in a debate? We are looking for a Claims Negotiation Specialist to act as the voice of our company. You will pick up where our technical team leaves off. Once our estimators build the file, You are the Closer. Your job is to pick up the phone, engage with insurance adjusters, and ensure our clients get every penny they are owed.
We are not looking for roofing experts; we are looking for fearless communicators. If you have a background in sales, collections, or customer retention, we can teach you the insurance policies. We can’t teach grit—you need to bring that with you.
