About the Role

At Pavago , we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume inbound calls, assist customers with home service needs, and convert conversations into booked service appointments and membership enrollments.

This is more than a customer support role. You’ll be responsible for turning inbound inquiries into revenue by providing exceptional service, recommending the right solutions, and confidently guiding customers toward scheduling appointments and joining the company’s membership program.
