About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual, sales-driven Inside Sales Representative to help prospective students enroll in career training programs.

This is a high-converting inbound sales role , not a customer support position. Most prospective students have already expressed interest in one of our programs—they simply need someone who can answer their questions, handle objections, and confidently guide them through the enrollment process.

You'll be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, following up with warm leads, closing enrollments, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Success in this role comes from building trust quickly, creating urgency, and consistently converting inquiries into enrolled students.
