At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) to support a U.S.-based insurance agency with policy servicing, quoting, renewals, and customer support.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll work directly with policyholders, prospects, insurance carriers, and agency teams to ensure requests are handled accurately, professionally, and on time.
