About the Role
At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a growing U.S.-based residential property management company.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role — not a training or entry-level management position . You’ll lead a six-person team across leasing, operations, maintenance coordination, and business development while ensuring properties, people, and processes perform consistently.
