About the Role
At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads .
This is a hands-on role focused on lead generation, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and scalable growth . You’ll own campaigns from setup and targeting through testing, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
We’re looking for someone who understands the numbers behind paid media and knows how to turn campaign data into better performance.
