At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Sales Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.

This is a full-cycle, quota-driven sales role for someone who can generate pipeline, run strong sales conversations, build relationships with decision-makers, and consistently close business.

If you’re a proven B2B seller who enjoys owning deals from first contact to signed client, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

Full-Cycle B2B Sales

Prospect and generate opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
Run discovery calls, demos, and sales presentations
Understand client pain points and position tailored solutions
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals
Own opportunities from initial outreach through final close

Pipeline & Revenue Growth

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Manage deal stages, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM
Improve conversion rates and deal velocity
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility

Client Relationships

Build relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
Take a consultative, relationship-driven approach to selling
Maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
Coordinate smooth post-sale handoffs with Customer Success and Operations

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of B2B sales, Account Executive, or Business Development experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
Strong pipeline and time-management skills

Excellent written and spoken English

Ability to work independently during U.S. EST hours Based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil

Nice to Have

Experience selling B2B services, SaaS, or professional services
Experience selling directly to executives or business owners
Strong forecasting and sales reporting skills
Experience mentoring SDRs or junior sales representatives

Strong lead-to-close conversion rates
Healthy pipeline and consistent deal progression
Accurate CRM records and forecasting
Shorter sales cycles and improved win rates
