Requirements

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Onboarding & Retention: Partner with Implementation Specialists to ensure smooth onboarding, monitor account health, and proactively prevent churn.
Account Growth & Renewals: Drive contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, conducting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and joint success plans.
Consulting & Feature Adoption: Guide clients on procurement best practices, workflow redesign, and adoption of new modules and integrations.
Training & Enablement: Train key stakeholders, primary contacts (POCs), and power users to maximize platform value.
Voice of Customer & Advocacy: Gather product feedback for internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) and drive client advocacy (case studies, referrals).
Community & Operational Excellence: Lead webinars and roundtables while maintaining HubSpot CRM accuracy and optimizing internal CSM processes.

🔍 What We Are Looking For:

Proven Experience: Background in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment, managing long-term customer partnerships over years (rather than short-term project-based work).

Mindset & Ownership: You don't just ask "how"—you dig deep into "why." Driven by high curiosity, proactivity, personal accountability, and strong time management skills.

Exceptional Communication: Fluent English (C1+, both written and verbal) with strong presentation skills and the natural ability to engage in smooth, confident small talk.

Commercial Acumen: Understanding that CS is a revenue driver (not technical support). Comfortable discussing pricing, contract renewals, and upsells.

Resilience & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle uncomfortable customer discussions, navigate complex accounts, and find creative solutions.

✨ Why you’ll love working at Precoro:

Trust-based management: No micromanagement—your ideas and initiatives are always encouraged.

Supportive team culture: You’re not alone; our team is open, honest, and always ready to help.

Reimbursement for professional learning: We invest in your growth through courses, lectures, and workshops.

Flexible hours: We care about results, not how long you sit at your desk.

26 days off annually: 15 vacation days + 11 public holidays.

Medical insurance: Available after six months.

Unlimited sick leave: No medical certificate required. Your health matters most.

Pet-friendly offices in Kyiv: Love your furry friend? Bring them along!

Supporting Ukraine: We proudly assist the Armed Forces and contribute to projects that bring victory closer.
