The Procurement Associate (SPA) will support both the corporate and care center-focused operations of Privia’s Procurement Team. The work of the Procurement Associate will assist to ensuring Privia and its care centers are procuring goods and services in a manner that provides them with best value for money.
The Procurement Associate will assist with entering new vendor contracts into Privia’s contract management system for review, ensuring vendor has an acceptable exclusion report, and that documents are properly completed, tagged, linked to related documents, set to track end date, and issued for approval.
Additionally, upon request, Procurement Associate will draft and facilitate execution of Business Associate Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Third Party Access Agreements.
