This is a remote position.

A fast-growing property investment group is seeking a world-class, phone-first Property Sales Consultant to drive their outbound sales and appointment engine. This role operates on a fixed Thursday to Monday schedule (covering weekend shifts) from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time with a 1-hour daily break. In South African local time, this translates to 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM SAST during UK Summer (BST) and shifts to 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM SAST during UK Winter (GMT). This is not a passive administrative or chat-support position. You will spend the vast majority of your day on the phone making dedicated outbound calls to warm leads, past enquiries, property vendors, and landlords. You must genuinely love being on the phone, driving conversations, overcoming resistance, and converting calls into confirmed appointments—especially over the weekend when prospective buyers and sellers are most accessible.
