Customer Service Consultant (German C1)

Red Ember Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant (German C1) for their client. We are looking for self-motivated, disciplined, and solution-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist airline passengers worldwide with flight-related queries. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to research and navigate airline policies, and excellent computer proficiency.

Requirements

Advanced German proficiency at C1 level (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English Valid Namibian citizenship, permanent residence, or domicile status Strong computer literacy and typing skills Customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver exceptional service Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions professionally
