About the Client

This is a hands-on performance marketing role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing strategy, working directly in ad platforms, analyzing performance data, speaking with clients, and supporting junior team members.

Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.

Explain performance results and recommendations clearly to U.S. clients and stakeholders.

Build media plans, pacing plans, and growth strategies for client accounts.

Work with data and measurement teams when more advanced reporting or dashboards are needed.

Review and QA work completed by junior performance specialists.

Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior team members.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 3–5 clients , depending on account size and complexity.

Strong data analysis skills and experience working with Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar tools .
Good understanding of performance reporting, attribution, conversion tracking, and full-funnel measurement.
Strong English with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead client conversations independently.

Experience with additional paid media channels such as YouTube, TikTok, or programmatic .
