Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented First Level Support Officer, Field Operations to provide frontline support to field teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for drivers and field personnel, helping resolve operational and basic technical issues, monitoring field activities, coordinating incident resolution, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
