Develop and execute a content strategy that builds a trusted, consistent brand image for Changan and Deepal across all channels.
Create original brand communications content — stories, campaigns, and messaging — that strengthens brand image and reputation.
Produce sales-support content (product features, promotions, comparison materials) to help drive showroom and digital sales conversion.
Write and coordinate press release content and media materials for product launches, company news, and brand announcements.
Manage day-to-day content posting and paid boosting across social media platforms, ensuring consistent quality, tone, and timing.
Stay current on social media platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes, and adapt content strategy accordingly.
Monitor the market and digital communication landscape, providing regular updates and recommendations on trends, competitor activity, and audience sentiment.
Work closely with media partners on placements, sponsorships, and press coverage to expand brand reach.
Collaborate closely with designers and producers to brief, guide, and review visual and video content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
Track content performance (engagement, reach, conversion-supporting metrics) and use insights to continuously improve content quality and output.
Ensure all content maintains brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company and OEM (Changan) brand guidelines.
Support crisis communication and reputation management as needed, ensuring messaging protects brand trust.
Background and experience:
3–5 years' experience in brand communications, content creation, PR, or digital marketing, ideally in automotive, consumer goods, or a related industry.
Strong writing skills across formats — brand storytelling, sales/promotional content, and press release/media writing.
Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and content formats that perform well on each.
Hands-on experience managing content posting schedules and paid social boosting/campaigns.
Experience working with media outlets, designers, and video producers to deliver multi-format content.
