Senior People Partner

We're looking for a Senior People Partner to be a genuine strategic partner to managers and leaders across Roadie , and the primary owner of employee relations. You’ll work closely with our VP, People Operations, partnering with leaders and teams across every function at Roadie , understanding what each one needs and adjusting your approach accordingly. This role sits on a lean, fast-moving team, which means everyone wears a few hats. You’ll own meaningful work end to end and see the impact of it directly, balancing big picture thinking with hands-on execution.
