Associate Legal Counsel

Position Summary

The Associate Legal Counsel is responsible for negotiating and drafting agreements between Ryan entities and their trading partners, conducting legal research on contract terms and principles of contract interpretation and providing valuable insights to business leaders to support the resolution of various issues. The role involves building productive relationships, contributing to the resolution of legal matters, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and the Company’s market security protocols. Associate Legal Counsel will apply company policies and procedures to agreements with trading partners, collaborate with experienced team professionals, and continuously develop expertise in the field of open brokerage and binding authority agreements, including Delegated Underwriting Authority agreements with Lloyd’s of London.
