Position Summary

The Underwriting Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of a wholesale insurance team by managing binding processes, navigating carrier portals, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of policy documentation. The position is responsible for handling endorsements, gathering and organizing required file information, and maintaining strong communication with agents and carriers to resolve questions and obtain necessary details. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a foundational understanding of insurance processes and a desire to grow their knowledge of the industry and the wholesale brokerage space.
