Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the management and ongoing optimization of Safeguard Global ’s Salesforce Service Cloud platform. Reporting to the Senior Salesforce Administrator,this role will help maintain the day-to-day operations of Service Cloud, support system enhancements, and assist with user requests and troubleshooting. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with support and operations teams to translate business needs into platform configurations, automation, and reporting capabilities that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
