Smartland is looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator Virtual Assistant to support our property management team. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can confidently coordinate maintenance requests, dispatch technicians, manage a high volume of work orders, and keep our CRM and spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
If you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have previous property management or maintenance coordination experience, we'd love to hear from you.
