SoftSnow is looking for a seasoned client-facing professional to own and drive client engagements from kickoff through delivery. In this AI Strategist role, you will be responsible for owning client relationships, translating business challenges into actionable project plans, and ensuring high-quality execution in partnership with our AI engineering team. You will be the vital link between client vision and technical execution. This role requires a seasoned professional who can confidently engage with VP and C-suite executives, quickly diagnose business needs, secure trust, and drive complex AI transformation projects to successful completion. You will apply your structure, rigor, and follow-through to empower our highly technical engineering team, optimizing how we coordinate, communicate, and deliver value.
